Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday's film Dream Girl 2 has been doing well at the Indian box office since its release last week. The film was released in the midst of tough competition from Gadar 2 and Oh My God 2, but it has still managed to perform well.
On its eighth day, the film collected ₹4.70 crore, taking its total eight-day collection to ₹71.70 crore. The film was made on a budget of ₹30 crore, so it has already turned a profit.
If the film's overseas collections are included, it is just ₹4 crore away from crossing the ₹100 crore mark at the global box office. It is expected to do so tomorrow.
Dream Girl 2 is a hit and is expected to continue to do well at the box office in the coming days.
